I got ahold of this song a long time ago.
And the cynic in me dismissed it because it was too glossy.
The Clipse are gritty, why were they sounding like Jeezy or T.I. or as my sister said, Ace Hood.
And now that I think about it, a tad like Plies. Ew.
But the more I played it, the more I liked it.
And what do you know, I love it.

One of the best booty similes I've ever heard.
Of course, it could only be from the one and only, Pharrell.
So I present to you a song that at first I laughed at every time it came into rotation -I bought the album like, a week after it's release, so it's had a while to grow on me- but has now entered my heart,

No really, the radio stations play it all the time here, and while I liked the song, I didn't like it as much as I love this one.

Although as much as I would like to think this is the standout line from the entire song- it makes me laugh everytime-
I think you should watch the nostalgia filled video- well, maybe not nostalgic for me, since I wasn't born yet- and find the line you love the best for yourself. It's full of quotables.

I coulda swore I hated that Pharrel/Santogold/Julien Casablancas song, 'My Drive Thru.'
'Cause first, I had no idea what the title had to do with the song, I could barely get through Pharrell's verse, so maybe that's why.
And two, it's a product placement for that certain brand of shoe that's notable for it's star emblem -have you ever read, So Yesterday? - it fails to mention it during the song, don't you think?
But Jesus, does this video change my mind. I don't know why it's so entertaining, but it is. I can watch paper cutouts of my favorite artists move and fold all day.
